Accessing Account Settings
Log In: Sign into your Doorcast account with your credentials.
Open Account Settings: Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner of the dashboard, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Editing Personal Information
Navigate to Your Information Page: You will be directed to your information page where your current details are displayed.
Edit Information:
Open Edit Modal: Click on the three dots menu next to your information and select "Edit My Information."
Update Details: In the side modal that appears, you can update your first name, last name, email address, and phone number as needed.
Save Changes: After making the necessary updates, click "Save Changes" to apply the modifications to your account.
Resetting Your Password
Request Password Reset: If you need to reset your password, click on the "Request Password Reset" button on your account page.
Follow Email Instructions: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the provided steps to create a new password.
