Accessing Contractors Management
Log In to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into Doorcast with administrator credentials.
Navigate to Contractors: Click on the "Admin" dropdown menu at the top of the dashboard and select "Contractors."
Creating a Contractor
Open Create Contractor Modal: Click on the "Create Contractor" button, which will open a modal.
Fill in Contractor Details:
Active Status: Toggle the Active switch to ON if the contractor is currently active.
Name and Contact Information: Enter the contractor's name, email address (optional), and phone number (optional).
Address: Provide the contractor's physical address if necessary.
Services: Select the service(s) that the contractor provides from the dropdown menu.
Notes: Add any relevant notes or additional information.
Add Contractor: Once all details are correctly filled in, click on "Add Contractor" to save the new contractor profile.
Editing a Contractor
Locate the Contractor: Find the contractor you wish to edit from the list.
Access Edit Options: Click on the three dots (kebab menu) next to the contractor's name and select "Edit."
Modify Contractor Details: In the edit modal, update any details such as name, services, contact information, or active status.
Save Changes: Click "Save Changes" to update the contractor's details.
