Step 1: To Review Your Audit Responses Navigate To 'Audits' -> 'Manage' -> And Click On The Audit You Wish To Review.
**The audit results will only be visible if the audit is published (Ie. The audit status has a progress bar or the audit status is 'Not Started').
Once you go into the audit results, we'll have three tabs.
'Summary', 'Task', and 'Unit':
Task: Shows you a breakdown of responses for each task, the task response, photos, comments, and flags.
Unit: Shows the status of each individual unit and allows you to enter the unit result details screen
Summary
On this screen we can see the overall audit progress (how many units out of the total are complete, a breakdown of the progress by unit type, any units that we need to return to, and flagged units, and specific tasks that were flagged for each unit.
Tasks
The "Task" tab will give us a breakdown of each task. Each task type will have a visualization so we can see the response distribution. In our case, we can see how many units had holes in the carpet:
To change the question we can either use the Task dropdown bar, or the left/right arrows.
If we scroll down further, we can see the task response for each unit, along with photos, flags, or comments. To access the photos, flags or comments, click the highlighted icon for each unit (If there are no highlighted icons, there are no photos/comments/flags for that unit).
Unit
The Unit tab will allow us to dive deeper into each individual unit.
Using the controls on the top we can find specific units, filter units by status, go back, or flag, or move through each individual unit with the left and right arrows. We can also click on one of the submitted or to-do units if we see one we want to dive deeper into.
Returning A Unit
If we take a closer look at unit 102, we can see that there were 4 holes in the carpet.
But the auditor didn't take any pictures... We really need to see how bad the holes are to know if we need to replace the carpet or not, so we can click the red 'Return Unit Button' to return the unit and ask the auditor to go back and add pictures.
When you click the red 'Return Unit' button, you'll get a return reason modal. We would just enter our reason 'Please Add Pictures', and click the blue 'confirm' button.
Creating A New Audit For A Specific Unit
Let's say a year or two has passed and our resident in unit 102 has changed. We need to do another audit to check the status of the carpet in 102. The easiest way to do that would be to use the blue 'New Audit' button in the top right.
You'll receive a confirmation modal, where we can either create our new unit audit, or cancel.
โ
Once you click 'Create', it brings us back to the unit overview screen, where we have a new unit audit with the same questions, for unit 102.
Historic results are tracked though, so if we want to see the old audit, we can click back into unit 102, and select what audit date we want to review from the date dropdown
You are also able to generate a PDF export of the results by clicking on the blue 'Generate PDF' button in the unit results details screen (Generating the PDF can take a minute or two depending on the size of your audit).
Here's an example:
