Adding/Attaching Properties To Your Group
Step 1: Navigate To The Group You Would Like To Attach Properties To.
The process is almost identical for "Ownership Groups" and "Property Management" Groups, but in this example, we want to attach a property to our BRRRR Properties Portfolio, so we'll navigate to 'Properties' -> 'Groups', click on the 'Portfolio' tab, and click on 'BRRR Properties'.
This will bring you to the detail page for that group.
Step 2: Click On The 3 Dot Menu In The Top Right And Click On 'Attach Property'
This will make the property attachment modal appear.
Step 3: Select The Property You Want To Attach From The Property Dropdown, Then Click 'Attach Property'
*Not seeing a property you want to attach? You might not have permissions to view that property. Check with your administrator.
The property should now be attached to the group
Detaching/Removing Properties From A Group
Step 1: Navigate To The Group You Would Like To Detach Properties From.
The process is almost identical for "Ownership Groups" and "Property Management" Groups, but in this example, we want to remove a property from our BRRRR Properties Portfolio, so we'll navigate to 'Properties' -> 'Groups', click on the 'Portfolio' tab, and click on 'BRRR Properties'.
Step 2: On The Group Details Page, Click On The 3 Dot Icon Corresponding To The Property you Want To Detach, Then Click 'Detach'.
Step 3: A Confirmation Modal Will Appear. Click The Red 'Detach' Button and The Property Will Be Detached From The Group.
You have not successfully Detached your property from your group.
