Important Notes:
*Areas are not property specific. This saves you work by allowing you to create one area and using it for multiple properties, since most properties will have similar areas (Living Room, Kitchen, Gym, Pool Area, ect)
*Bedrooms 1 - 4, Bathrooms 1 - 4, and Half Baths 1 - 3 are created by default. You do not need to create areas for these. These also can not be edited or deleted
Adding New Areas
Step 1: Navigate to "Properties" -> "Areas"
Step 2: Click on the "New Area" button in the top right
Step 3: Add Your New Area Name and Area Type
The area name can be whatever you'd like, and select the type of area.
Area Types
Unit: An area that would only apply to units (Kitchen, Living Room, Ect)
Property: An are that would apply to the property (Pool Area, Gym, Leasing Office, ect)
Step 4: Click 'Create Area' and Your New Area Will Be Added To The Areas List
Editing Areas
Step 1: Click On The 3 Dot Menu On The Right Side Of The Area You Want To Edit
Step 2: Rename Your Area
*The area type can not be changed once the area is created. If you need to change this you will need to create a new area entirely.
Step 3: Click 'Save Area' and Your Area Name Will Be Updated.
Deleting Areas
Step 1: Click On The 3 Dot Menu On The Right Side Of The Area You Want To Delete.
Step 2: Click "Delete" and a confirmation modal will appear. Click the red "Delete" button to confirm and the area will be deleted
