1. Access Properties:
Navigate to the sidebar and select "Properties" to display the active properties list.
2. Select a Property
From the active properties list, choose the property for which you want to create a new building.
*Troubleshooting Tip*: If you don't see the property you are looking for you may need to create the property, or check your permissions and speak to your teams administrator to gain access.
3. Navigate to Buildings Tab
A. Within the selected property, locate and click on the "Buildings" tab to proceed.
B. Once in the Buildings tab, click on the button with three stacked dots to reveal the dropdown menu.
C. Select the "New Building" option from the menu.
5. Fill in Building Details
A new building form will appear with the following fields:
Building Name: Enter a name for the new building.
Property: The property to which the building belongs (automatically populated).
Description: Optionally, provide a brief description of the building.
Floors: Specify the number of floors in the building.
Complete the form with the required information.
After filling in the necessary details, click on the "Create Building" button to finalize the creation process.
5. Confirmation
If successful you will see the new building under the Buildings tab
