This document assumes you have already created and published an audit. If you haven't please create one first. You can see how in "How To Create & Publish An Audit" - https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/sbjgcos6/articles/articles/9264570/show
Step 1: Navigate to "Audits" -> "Perform" And Select The Audit You Wish To Perform.
In the left navigation bar, navigate to audits -> perform, then click on the name of the audit you wish to perform.
Step 2: Select A Unit To Audit
The next screen should look similar to the below image. Yours will have no completed audits though. From here all we need to do it click on the unit we wish to audit:
*If you need to search or wish to filter the units shown, that can be done with the options in the top right.
Step 3: Begin Filling Out The Audit
All we have in this audit is a yes or no and a number question. In our hypothetical unit, there are holes in the carpet so we'll select 'Yes', enter how many, and also click on the 'Add Photo' button to add photos of the carpet.
If there's anything the auditor needs to communicate about the unit outside of the question response, they can either add a flag or a comment to the question.
Flags and comments function similarly, flags would just be more important (Maybe the resident entirely removed the carpet in the room).
In the bottom left, you also have a "Property Map" (If you've uploaded a property map in the "Property" section of the website, this is one of the places it is accessible.), "Go Back" (Maybe the unit was inaccessible when the auditor tried to get in.), and a "Flag Unit" (Maybe the unit had no carpet and this needs to be noted.) button.
โ
If your audit has more than 1 area assigned to it, you would be able to tab through to the other areas here, however for this particular audit, we only have one area to audit for this unit. You can also tap on a different unit in the top pill bar to move to a different unit.
Step 4: Submit The Unit And Repeat Step 4 with the next.
Once you've answered all questions for that unit, you can click the 'Submit' button in the bottom right.
*If the audit is incomplete (There are required questions that have not been filled out) when you try to submit, you will get a notice asking you to finish the audit and the incomplete question should be noted (If there are any area tabs without a green checkmark, there are also incomplete questions in those as well.
Once you successfully submit a unit, it will automatically move to the next unit. When you're ready to review to completed unit submissions you can go back to manage audits to REVIEW YOUR AUDIT RESULTS <--- LINK TO REVIEW AUDIT RESULTS DOCS********
