How to Edit Your Connections in Doorcast

Step 1: Go to the Admin Section

Log in to your Doorcast account and start by clicking on the ‘Admin’ dropdown menu at the top of your screen. This is the control panel where you will find settings to configure your account.


Step 2: Select Company Information

Under the Admin section, click on ‘Company Information’. This will lead you to a page where you can view all the details associated with your company.

Step 3: Access Connections

Next to your company details, there’s a toggle for ‘Connections’. If you’re looking to integrate with Resman, ensure this toggle is switched to 'ON'.

Step 4: Edit Connections

Once the toggle is switched on, an ‘Edit Connections’ side modal will appear. This modal contains step-by-step instructions for editing the connection:

  1. Open your Resman Account in Resman.

  2. Submit a Support Ticket with Resman asking them to grant Doorcast access to your account. Specify which properties you want Doorcast to have access to. Typically, full access to all properties is requested.

  3. Once Resman confirms they have granted Doorcast access to your account, enter your Account ID in the provided field.

  4. After entering your Account ID, click ‘Connect’. If the ID is correct and Resman has enabled the connection, you’ll receive a notification confirming the connection has been made.

  5. Resman will verify your account, after which importing your data into Doorcast should take between 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 5: Save Changes

After following the instructions and filling in the necessary information, click the ‘Save Changes’ button. This will update your connection settings.
